Every MAREA work is produced individually following acquisition in the selected format.

The works are printed on canvas and then mounted on a stretcher.

Slight differences in colour or appearance may occur between the digital display and the physical work, particularly due to screen settings and the characteristics of the materials and production process.

Once produced, every work is carefully packed in packaging suited to its transport.

When tracking is available, the relevant information is sent by email after dispatch.

MAREA currently ships to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Switzerland.

Complimentary delivery in France. €10 delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, and €30 to Switzerland.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

The collector must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

If your work arrives damaged, please contact Collector Care ideally within 7 days of receipt so that we can address the matter promptly.

Write to: contact@mareacollection.art and include: — your order number; — a description of the issue; — photographs of the work; — photographs of the inner and outer packaging.

This seven-day reporting procedure is intended solely to facilitate handling of the matter and does not limit the consumer’s statutory guarantees or rights.

For orders benefiting from the statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the work to notify the decision to withdraw.

The request must be sent to: contact@mareacollection.art and include the order number.

A clear statement expressing the wish to withdraw is sufficient.

After notice of withdrawal, the work must be returned within the applicable statutory period and carefully protected for transport.

Unless MAREA has stated that it will cover them, or a statutory guarantee applies, the direct cost of return following withdrawal is borne by the client.

The provisions relating to returns do not limit the rights applicable to damaged, defective or non-conforming works.

To preserve your MAREA work: — avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight; — avoid excessively humid environments; — avoid significant variations in temperature; — do not apply water, solvents or household products to the canvas; — gently remove dust with a soft, clean and dry cloth; — preferably handle the work by its stretcher.
