These terms govern the acquisition of works from MAREA. They are being finalised with legal counsel; sections marked in brackets will be completed before any commercial sale.
Scope
These terms apply to every acquisition made through this website between MAREA, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], and the collector.
Works
Each work is an original MAREA composition, produced to order on canvas. [PRODUCTION SPECIFICATION TO CONFIRM].
Images shown online are representations of the work; colour and texture may vary slightly from the produced object.
Limited editions
Works are released in very limited editions.

Formats
Available formats are 60 × 40, 90 × 60 and 120 × 80 (gallery size), in centimetres. Dimensions refer to the stretched canvas.
Prices

Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Ordering
An order is confirmed once it has been accepted and payment has been received. A written confirmation is then sent by email.

Shipping and delivery

Intellectual property
