Works offered under the MAREA name are produced individually following acquisition.

Photographs, simulations and staged views present the works as faithfully as possible.

Slight differences in colour, texture or appearance may nevertheless occur between the digital display and the physical work.

MAREA works are offered within collections in limited quantities.

Formats offered may include: 60 × 40 cm 90 × 60 cm 120 × 80 cm — Gallery Format

The formats actually available are shown on each work’s page at the time of ordering.

The applicable prices are those displayed in euros on mareacollection.art at the time of ordering.

Any additional delivery costs are presented before the order is finally confirmed.

The collector selects the desired work and format before adding them to the cart.

Before confirmation, the collector can review the essential characteristics of the order and correct any errors.

The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.

A confirmation is then sent by email.

Payments are made through the secure payment environment offered at checkout.

MAREA does not directly retain the full numbers of bank cards used for payment.

Every work is produced individually once the order has been validated.

The format and essential characteristics of the selected work are stated before acquisition.

MAREA currently ships to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Switzerland.

Complimentary delivery in France. €10 delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, and €30 to Switzerland.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

When the carrier provides shipment tracking, the relevant information is communicated to the collector.

The statutory provisions applicable to delivery remain in force.

Where no statutory exception applies, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the work to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The consumer may use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page or any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw.

After valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the work must be returned within the applicable statutory period.

The work must be carefully protected for transport.

The direct return costs following withdrawal are borne by the client, unless MAREA states otherwise or the matter falls under statutory guarantees.

A work received damaged should ideally be reported within 7 days of receipt to facilitate handling of the matter.

The request must include: — the order number; — a description of the damage; — photographs of the work; — photographs of its packaging.

This procedure does not reduce the consumer’s statutory guarantees.

When a refund is due, it is made within the time limits provided by the applicable regulations.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed where regulations permit.

Consumers benefit from the applicable statutory guarantees, including the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

The acquisition of a work concerns the physical copy sold.

It does not automatically transfer any intellectual property rights attached to the work, its image or the MAREA visual identity.

Any reproduction or commercial use requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder, unless an exception is provided by law.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections they enjoy under applicable regulations.
